Personalized products
Everything we make is printed with your details, so we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If we made a mistake
If your order does not match the proof you approved, for example wrong stock, wrong quantity, or a print defect, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and photos. We will review it and offer a reprint or refund.
Mistakes in an approved proof
We print exactly what you approve. Typos or wrong details in an approved proof are not treated as our error, but email us and we will try to help.
Cancelling
You can ask to cancel any time before we release your order to production. After release, cancellation may not be possible.
